15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law and Forum
Where you have signed an agreement with us for a specific engagement, the governing law and the forum for disputes are those stated in that agreement. They are settled when the engagement is set up, taking account of where you operate and where the project is delivered.
Where no such agreement has been signed, these Terms are governed by the law of the country in which Gestlat ThinkLab Limited is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction.
Where you are established in a different country from us, either party may instead refer a dispute to arbitration by a single arbitrator, seated in the country in which Gestlat ThinkLab Limited is established, conducted in English, under the rules of an arbitral institution agreed between us or, failing agreement, appointed by the appointing authority of that seat. The parties choose arbitration in that case so that any award is enforceable where the other party's assets are, under the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from applying to any court of competent jurisdiction for urgent interim relief, or Gestlat ThinkLab from bringing proceedings to recover undisputed fees.

- Notify us in writing of the dispute

Changes that materially affect your rights take effect 30 days after we notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the website, and if you do not accept them you may terminate your subscription before they take effect and receive a refund of fees paid for any unused period. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
For material changes:
- We will notify you via email or website notice
- You have 30 days to object
- Objection requires termination of services
16.3 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Unenforceable provisions will be modified to be enforceable while reflecting original intent.
